SRW co-filed the amici brief (link below) in support of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribe’s lawsuit against J.R. Simplot Co. Our aim is to stop a land swap from BLM allowing Simplot to expand fertilizer production at the Michaud Flats Superfund Site.
