Notice of Intent to Sue City of Parma for Wastewater Treatment Plant Permit Violations

On February 6, Snake River Waterkeeper put the municipality of Parma, ID on notice of its intent to bring a lawsuit for more than 2143 violations of the Clean Water Act dating back to 2018.
