Response filed to Simplot’s motion to dismiss

In April, SRW sought to reopen discovery in our ongoing case against Simplot’s massive Idaho factory farm, which illegally discharges field runoff contaminated with cattle manure into the Snake River.

Now, we have filed a response to Simplot’s motion to dismiss our case. We are in this legal battle for the long haul, and have no intention of backing down on our strong Clean Water Act claims against the polluting facility.
