SRW Sues JR Simplot Feedlot for Years of Clean Water Act Violations

On May 9, 2023 Snake River Waterkeeper filed suit in federal court to hold J.R. Simplot Company accountable for decades of manure pollution of the Snake River arising out of the operation of its Grand View Feedlot – which has the capacity for as many as 150,000 cattle.
