The Southern Environmental Law Center (“SELC”), with SRW joining as a signee, provided comments in response to EPA’s request for input on its draft guidance entitled “Applying the Supreme Court’s County of Maui v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund Decision in the Clean Water Act Section 402 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit Program to Discharges through Groundwater,” 88 Fed. Reg. 82,891 (Nov. 27, 2023).
